It may interest the First Readers of our Churches and Societies, as well as other students, to examine the renditions of I John, 3: 1,2,3, given by various writers and translators.

THE GREATEST LOVE

Christ Jesus stated the high purpose to which his life among men was dedicated when he said.
The past or future cannot inflict loss or suffering when we realize that we live in the ever-presence of God, or good.
The almost universal custom of shaking hands with those whom we meet is a symbol of friendship and good will.
