In the Christian Science Bible Lesson

“Team Humanity”

We can each protest against and resist the temptation to ignore or reject our natural goodness—to refuse to speak or act in ways that are contrary to our true, spiritual nature, and that would wound rather than heal and serve self rather than the greater good.
This author was starting to feel overwhelmed with everything she had going on during the summer, and she had no idea how to make it all work. Prayer brought the needed—and surprising—answers.

It’s not my house

The desire to understand and recognize God as both the creator of all and the architect, maintainer, and sustainer of our being is key to our spiritual growth. From that standpoint, we see only what is true in our own and others’ experiences.

Stressed about AP tests?

Whether you’re worried about regular tests or Advanced Placement exams, this author shares how a few simple spiritual ideas can bring peace and confidence to your test-taking.
When we see ourselves as connected to our divine source, who is all good, this changes our perception of ourselves and enables us to see others as God’s offspring as well.

Learn about forever

As we trust God’s perfect government, we find that events occur in their natural and right sequence and just as we are ready for them. Helpers appear at the right time; a telephone call is received just when it’s needed; other elements fall into place.
God really does equip us with everything we need to meet every obstacle with confidence.

The beautiful rebuke

When I finally turned away from all the opinions, fears, and material evidence with full faith in God as my absolute Life, the discomfort and debilitation diminished to the point where I actually felt the truth of that beautiful rebuke and its ultimate affirmation—that God, good, is supreme.
