Seeing the true view

Shannon loved to visit the local zoo and park. There were many interesting animals at the zoo, and some she could even pet! In the park, she had fun going on rides.

The park also had a house of mirrors that she liked to visit. The mirrors created illusions, which means that what she saw in them looked different than what was real. The first mirror made her body look short and her head appear really big. In the next mirror, her head looked small and her legs looked super long. Shannon laughed at the way the mirrors made her look silly.

Mommy asked Shannon if she was worried about what she saw in the mirrors.
