No more muscle cramps
When I was a little girl, my parents taught me that the remedy for a cramp in my foot was to flex the foot hard in the opposite direction. If that wasn’t enough, I was to walk around until the cramp abated.
I became so accustomed to this method of relieving foot and leg cramps that I continued using it as an adult, even years after I began studying Christian Science and was experiencing many wonderful healings through prayer.
Then there came a time when severe cramps in my feet and legs would awaken me nightly, sometimes several times in the same night. I would get up and walk around, declaring that God never caused or authorized pain, and that it was therefore illegitimate.
