The best good habit is prayerfully affirming my relation with God when I wake up each day.

To live true to our spiritual selfhood is to think thoughts God is causing us to think—loving, honest, and brave thoughts.
Instead of looking at life as a linear timeline of events, we have the right to just be present, right where we are.
Because our true selfhood is a reflection of God, we are worthy of love.

Broken nose swiftly healed
