Tears of rejoicing

[“Safe travels for all,” Cathy Edge, February 20, 2017, Sentinel]

I listened to Cathy Edge’s article “Safe travels for all” today, and it brought tears of rejoicing to me. Over and over again I find that when we forget self and strive to bless others, it really does fulfill Mary Baker Eddy’s promise, “… whatever blesses one blesses all …” (Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures, p. 206). What an inspiring article!

Daily reminder

[“On goats, serpents, and sheep,” Lona Ingwerson, February 20, 2017, Sentinel]

Great poem. I printed this out as a reminder each day to oppose and refuse to give in to temptation. Thanks!

Mailing to friends

Jill Gooding’s poem, “ ‘The government shall be upon his shoulder,’ ” in the January 30, 2017, Sentinel is like oil upon troubled waters.

I am mailing copies to several friends. It is a “keeper.” Thank you to Jill.
