Wart...gone!
One day at school I noticed that I had a wart on my finger. It was bothering me when I was writing. Immediately, I started praying. I know that God loves me and that I’m His child. Bad things are no part of God’s children.
When I got home, my mom and I called a Christian Science practitioner to help us pray. I prayed with Psalm 23. It’s my favorite. This is how the psalm starts: “The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.” And it ends with this verse: “Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever.” This told me that God’s love is around me. God’s love fills every spot. And God provides for all that I need.
My grandmother was praying with me, too. We all kept praying.
About two weeks later I noticed that the wart was gone. It left no mark! I was healed.
Thank you, God!
