The moment I receive my favourite magazine, the Christian Science Sentinel, I turn first spontaneously to page 3 for an introduction by one of the staff editors, which sets the tone, and then to the last page, “From the editors,” which brings the theme to a healing conclusion. Then I revel in the middle part.
The most outstanding article, for me, in the April 25 Sentinel [“God-governed progress”] was “The blessing of forgiveness” by James Fisher. What a wonderful demonstration he made!
I would like to share with him and with Sentinel readers the following inspiration, published in the October 24, 2006, issue of The Christian Science Monitor:
