How to be 'pure in heart'
Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see god.
Matthew 5:8
In my Sunday School class, we talked about this Bible verse. It's part of the Beatitudes, or ways to be happy, that Jesus teaches us. I thought about how to be "pure in heart." And then I made a list of all the things I could think of.
I thank God.
I love God.
God heals me.
I go to church.
I read the Holy Bible.
I love church.
God is always with me.
I'm loving and peaceful.
I'm helpful, good, and kind.
I pray to God.
God is nice to me.
I'm nice to God.
