My healing that came from prayer

One day at school during lunch recess, I was running around a lot and began to feel dizzy. A headache was trying to ruin my fun. Then I decided to pray.

I knew that I was always in divine Mind's care and that a headache had no truth in it at all, because I was spiritual. Mind is one of the names for God that I've learned about in Christian Science. We can use divine Mind every day in what we do because God fills us with intelligence, life, love, and power. I knew that the power of the divine Mind was much greater than a headache.

I went to the bathroom and looked at myself in the mirror. I thought about all my good, spiritual qualities that came from God. For example, I was loved by God, and I was a "true immortal" because I was never away from Love. I was always with God. After praying like that, I started to feel better. I walked out to resume my game. As soon as I began to play again, I could not feel any pain whatsoever in my head. The rest of the day was really great!
