I've been away for three months in the United Kingdom caring for my elderly father. I'm now catching up on all my Sentinels, etc. and on rereading the March 5 issue, I just loved the photograph on page 6 with the side heading "Increasing longevity." In fact the whole article, titled "Spirituality and the longevity frontier" by Don Adams, has helped and inspired me. I'm a keen walker and just love the picture of the couple walking along the boardwalk amongst those magnificent tall trees.

Thanks for your help and also for the marvelous articles in all the Sentinels.
