LETTERS
Yesterday someone who was working on my home brought along with him an unbelievable tale of woe, illness, family separation, and his own attempted suicide. He's working alone now, as neither of his sons wants to work with him he said.
Later I went to my Sentinels asking God to show me how to help him. And there it was: the June 12 issue on "Suicide is not the answer."
When I gave it to him, I told him to read it as his bedtime story. He is presently alone, sleeping on the floor in an unfurnished apartment. What a gift the Sentinel was for him! Perfect, naturally. Along with some Bible verses it was so comforting to us both.
