A JOYFUL HOMECOMING

Since the March 30 release of Christian Science Monitor reporter JILL CARROLL, after nearly three months in captivity, The Christian Science Board of Directors has received many expressions of joy and gratitude from around the globe. Although Jill is not a Christian Scientist, we're sure these messages have highlighted the role that prayer played in winning her freedom. We want to thank all who contributed their support and devoted prayer for Jill—and are continuing to pray for world peace.

I am thrilled with the outcome and continue to pray for the uninterruped receiving of the Christ spirit by each heart in our human family. The groundswell of prayer and goodwill to men is bearing fruit, and its continued effects will be far-reaching. Let's continue the working, watching, and praying!!!
