LETTERS
I have been supported, inspired, guided, and healed by Sentinel articles for many years. So a giant thank you for all those years of articles. I am particularly grateful for the Sentinel now. I read each issue from cover to cover.
Richard Bergenheim's article, "How strong are your political views?" in the February 6 issue ["The metaphysical medicine that heals colds"], gave me great comfort. I have been one of those people who "disapproves of the actions of their government." And I have felt helpless and angry, knowing I really needed to pray about the situation. This article gave me sound direction on how to pray.
It was "the sun above the fog," as described on one of the Sentinel Radio programs recently. Two men went out in a canoe. It was foggy, but they were confident it would burn off. Quite some time went by. One of the men asked the other to steady the boat while he stood up to stretch. He discovered the fog was only chest high. I feel I have been in that fog, and Richard Bergenheim's article lifted my thought to the sun. I have shared the article with two other friends looking for better ways to approach world problems.
Enjoy 1 free Sentinel article or audio program each month, including content from 1898 to today.
