EVERY NEED SUPPLIED

At one time, my husband worked for an international company, and our family moved around with him, living in various countries. While we were living in Brazil, my husband took a trip back to his company headquarters in the United States, and passed away suddenly.

It was a tremendous blow. Overnight, I was left in charge of our four children. I decided that the best thing to do was to return to Mexico, where I had family. My husband's company gave me a pension and insurance money, but I had to have someone in Brazil, whom I trusted, mail me my pension and sell the two plots of land we had there. I did all the necessary paperwork, and left a lawyer and my chauffeur in charge of sending me the pension each month.

I went to Mexico trusting everything was fine, but within a short time they stopped sending me the monthly payments. Nor did they send me the money from the property we had sold in Brazil. Because of the devaluation of the currency in my country, I lost most of the insurance money that the company had given me. I realized that I needed to travel to Brazil to fix the situation.
