Is there a spiritual counter equation to Einstein's thunderbolt realization 100 years ago that E=mc2? That's what I mused about recently on the midnight train to Boston. I'd just wrapped up an article on time, space, and matter for The Christian Science Journal's July issue, in honor of the international celebration of The World Year of Physics 2005, or Year of Einstein as it's known in some countries.
