A BETTER JOB OF WAITING
PEOPLE ALL OVER THE WORLD seek the light of healing and regeneration, and we think it's worth it to hurry up—and wait!
Most of us have at some time made a conscious effort to watch a sunrise. If your view of the horizon is clear, you know the sun will do what it's done gloriously well for millions of years—bring light and warmth to everyone who happens to be on your side of the earth that morning. Not for an instant do you doubt it will happen. With the help of a calendar, you could pinpoint the time each day. But that spoils some of the fun, the anticipation, the unforced natural order, the trust.
For the fullest, deepest experience of sunrise—which goes even beyond visual splendor and enjoyment—it's good to wait. Stay open to surprise. Be patient. Ready for wonder.
