I am puzzled by what I read on page 27 of the July 12 issue. Apparently you are no longer planning to list Christian Science lectures. Instead, you are directing people to the Web. I cannot understand why. There are many people, church members and non–members, who do not have access to a computer or the Web. It has been a big help in the past to have the listings. It seems to be a backward step. How come?

There are several reasons: Complete information on many events is often not available prior to the Sentinel's press deadline, and changes to event times and locations often occur after that. By providing the listings online at www.spirituality.com, an up–to–date and accurate listing is assured for those planning to attend these events.
