A CONTINUING SERIES ON HOW CHURCH IS ACTIVE IN PEOPLE'S LIVES
My worldwide family
Last summer, when I was 13, I was accepted into the membership of The First Church of Christ, Scientist (The Mother Church). I live in California, and I always liked learning about Christian Science from my family and in Sunday School. When I was younger, I thought that it was only my family and my local church that studied Christian Science. Now I see that I am part of a Church that has members all over the world—The First Church of Christ, Scientist, or The Mother Church.
Since I became a member of The Mother Church, I now have a lifelong, worldwide family.
