Through a spiritual lens—'Scherzo'
RHYTHM OF SPIRIT
Photography enables me to explore the outdoors with childlike eyes—eagerly seeking freshness and surprise. It also allows me to spend a lot of time in quietude and contemplation.
I love exploring the woods after a soft, wet snow. When the sun comes out, forest shadows communicate their unique, individual messages. The shadows in this image dance amid sparkles of frost on the snow. They are active, alive—expressing joy, rhythm, and playfulness.
What a contrast to the brittle bark and cold snow crystals... The light has transformed them!
