Excerpts from a talk

Physician, Researcher, And Author of several bestselling books, including Healing Words and Prayer Is Good Medicine, Larry Dossey also has been described as a modern-day John the Baptist. He works and speaks on the frontiers of medicine and metaphysics. Dr. David Hufford, a trustee of The Mary Baker Eddy Library for the Betterment of Humanity and an advisor for the Library's core research program in spirituality and healing, introduced Dossey at a May 15, 2003, Library special event talk. After citing Dossey's long list of accomplishments, Hufford said of his friend and colleague, "Perhaps most of all, he is constantly an inspiration and an encouragement to all of us on this quest to understand this richly diverse, complex aspect of human experience and life."
