TRAJECTORY TOWARD WHOLENESS

Excerpts from Nancy Roof's contributions to recent issues of the journal Spirituality and Reality: New Perspectives on Global Issues:

It also increases our compassion and care for a wider number of groups and eventually all living beings." "Spiritually, the outcome of the present global crisis will be successful if we have achieved a higher level of consciousness and collective moral growth, and increased our sensitivity to the minds and hearts of others."

"Nations now struggle between their own sovereignty and the common good, just as individuals struggle between selfish values of the personality and the selflessness of the soul. Everyone is at war now, preparing for the birth of a new global civilization where the values of the soul, the common good of all, are struggling to be born."
