Take it from a toddler
From My First Day as a mom, I had a sneaking suspicion it was true. And now that the next 15 years have flown by, I'm 100 percent sure it's true: my kids are teaching me at least as much as I'm teaching them. OK, probably more.
One of the biggest lessons they've been teaching me is that starting the day with some quiet Bible study time makes the rest of the day go a lot smoother. It gives me perspective that clarifies what my priorities should be. It builds confidence. And sometimes it brings healing.
Let me give you a couple of examples.
