Protected from injury in fall from bicycle

Last spring I went on a bike ride with my family. I was singing hymns to myself all of the way. I remember singing a hymn that's now one of my favorites. These are the words of the first verse (Christian Science Hymnal, No.51):

Eternal Mind the Potter is,
And thought th' eternal clay:
The hand that fashions is divine,
His works pass not away.
Man is the noblest work of God,
His beauty, power and grace,
Immortal; perfect as his Mind
Reflected face to face.
