A life of relying on God for healing
After I had been attending Sunday School for only a short time, I was sent home from kindergarten. The school doctor said I had strep throat and would probably be home for two weeks. My parents had just started studying Christian Science but were frightened by the condition, so they decided to give me the recommended medicine. As my father later related, when he tried to give me the medicine, I said to him, "God is my medi cine," and turned over and went to sleep. The next day I was completely well and went to school.
