Two quick spiritual healings
One day, the fire door to my apartment was shut on my fingers with frightening force. This was a strong door made of steel. After the initial shock, I began to check for broken bones, but surprisingly found none. Then I asked myself why there were no broken bones or pain. The answer and the healing that resulted from it are found in "the scientific statement of being" in Science and Health: "There is no life, truth, intelligence, nor substance in matter. All in infinite Mind and its infinite manifestation, for God is All-in-all" (p. 468). I was so grateful for this proof of God's allness.
I put my shoe on and went about my business with rapidly restored normalcy.
