To Our Readers

When I first became interested in Christian Science, I wasn't searching for a healing of any particular physical aliment. At the time, I was struggling to find deeper meaning and purpose in life. I was trying to figure out who I really was. I was searching for God.

The questions I was asking, the searching, all found answers as I read Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures by Mary Baker Eddy, which in turn helped me learn more of the powerful spiritual lessons in the Bible. But something else happened. I also experienced some significant healings—even though I hadn't thought I was searching for them.

As I look back, what I realize occurred is that as I had prayed and discovered more of God's truth, there had been a substantial change in my thinking. Life now had genuine purpose. I had found God.
