Our songs to God
People have been writing songs praising God for a long time—the Bible has a whole book of them called the Book of Psalms. Three of our readers recently wrote their own psalms and shared them with us. We thought you would like to see them, too.
Love is a great feeling that God gives us.
Love is with me when I go to school,
and when I go to sleep,
and when I ride my bike
across a busy street.
Matt Gray
Canton, Massachusetts
Love is with me.
Love is God.
That means God is with me.
God is with me wherever I go,
and I'm the reflection of Love.
I live love.
Love is with me,
And I live Love.
Christopher Everett
Monroe, Massachusetts
God is good.
God is strong.
He is the subject of our song.
He is Principle.
He is Love,
gentle and peaceful like a dove.
He is Spirit,
He is Mind.
He gives good ideas
to all mankind.
Nolan Beamsley
Monroe, Massachusetts
