Medically diagnosed incurable condition fully healed

After suffering from unbearable pain for quite some time, I went to see a physician in 1978. (I was not yet a Christian Scientist.) He referred me to a specialist, who detected an ailment that could not be cured, and informed me that I would most likely have this problem for the rest of my life. He also advised me that this illness called for at least one thorough checkup a year. I was given a prescription for pain medication. Years of agony went by with no change of this condition in sight.

This thought of God-given dominion came back to me again and again.
