Surfing accident quickly healed

While out surfing one day, I'd caught a wave and, as usual, at the end of the wave I jumped off my board. With all the white water, I couldn't see that I'd landed on a sandbank. It was very shallow, and I lost my balance and came crashing down on my knee.

I tried to stand up, but my knee couldn't take any weight because of the excruciating pain. All I knew at that moment was that God is All. I refused to look at my knee but lay on my board again and started paddling, shouting out, and really trying to understand, "God is All." Without realising it, I was paddling out to the break again and not to the shore.

I knew that joy couldn't be turned into sorrow. It was a beautiful day, and this was the best surf we'd had in ages. Five or ten minutes later, a perfect wave came through. Knowing I was God's perfect child, I didn't hesitate to catch that wave. I stood up with absolutely no difficulty.
