In October 1994, I had a physical trouble I had never encountered before. This left me weak, somewhat disoriented, and wondering what had happened. I immediately called a Christian Science practitioner who had prayed for me many times before. After I had briefly described my condition, I asked him to begin treating me. He agreed to do so and gave me several citations from the Bible and from Science and Health to study. I also started praying, studying not just those citations he had mentioned but others as well.
I have never felt closer to God.
