Are you ready—really ready—for the job of your dreams?

"Sure," you might say. "I've gone to school, had years of experience, taken extra courses. I know my trade. There's no one who's readier for a dream job than I am!"

But for millions of people worldwide—in some countries upward of 20 percent of the population—there's a big catch. They want jobs. They need jobs. And they feel prepared for the jobs they want. The trouble is, they're not always getting these jobs.
