Dear Sentinel
From children and teenagers
Dear Sentinel,
I went to bed very late one night, and when I got up the next morning, I had a bad attitude. I was saying that everything was stupid. Later, my head started hurting. My mom called the practitioner for me. I wrote down the qualities of God that I reflect. I filled my thoughts with good, and got rid of the bad.
By the time I finished my list, I felt much better and went to bed. I went to Sea World the next day and had fun.
