In 1972 I was healed of acute malaria through prayer
In 1972 I was healed of acute malaria through prayer. It happened this way. An oil company had sent me to Nigeria as a professional engineer, to set up a maintenance program for its twelve offshore platforms in the Atlantic Ocean as well as an onshore processing facility. The work of gathering information and writing a report was to have taken four months.
On arrival I spent a few days in Lagos, and then flew out to the platforms by helicopter.
After about three weeks, I began to have pain in my thighs, and chills and fever. I was flown back to Lagos, where I was able to work in the office for a few days. But then the chills and fever confined me to the apartment that had been furnished for my wife and me.
