In 1986 I was riding in a van with my daughter and son-in-law
In 1986 I was riding in a van with my daughter and sonin-law. We were going east to New York City to visit my son.
The chairs in the center of the van had been removed temporarily, and I was sitting in the back of the van on a couch. As we were driving on the George Washington Bridge, we had to stop suddenly, and I was thrown forward and hit my head with extreme force on the back of the front seat. I fell to the floor; I found I was unable to move. I remember saying, "God is here and there are no accidents in Mind. God is caring for me and therefore I am not hurt." I remembered that the source of all movement is Mind.
Since we were in heavy traffic, nothing much could be done for me right away. My daughter sat on the floor beside me and made me as comfortable as possible for the remainder of the trip.
