"Her son and my son were in kindergarten together. I called one day to chat, and she told me of her concern about the behavior of one of her twin boys. I told her I'd drop off something—a Sentinel—for her to read that might give her another perspective and help her see her son in a fresh light. Later, in thanking me for the Sentinel, she told me her son's behavior was so harmonious that week and there were signs of improvement."
