Years ago, following many months of suffering from severe physical difficulties that were not cured through medical attention, I became depressed and suicidal. Then one Sunday the thought came to me to go to a certain church. A loving welcome awaited me at what turned out to be a branch Church of Christ, Scientist. Although I had known virtually nothing of the teachings of Christian Science, I started having healings through reading Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy and through the prayerful help of a Christian Science practitioner.

Since that time my whole life has been changed for the better. Many painful conditions have been overcome through adhering steadfastly to the spiritual truths given in Science and Health. One difficulty, which troubled me on and off for over a year, was dizziness. This was beautifully healed with the help of a practitioner.

I am very grateful that long-standing fears have been eliminated. The Bible assures us (II Timothy), "God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind."
