Many benefits have come into my life through Christian Science. My mother began to study this Science following an instantaneous healing of acute appendicitis. Her healing was shared by my father in his testimony published in the Sentinel of December 28, 1987.

When I was a schoolgirl I contracted scarlet fever. The doctor, who was called in obedience to British law, said my case was a bad one. However, following help through prayer from a local Christian Science practitioner, not only was I up and about in a few days, entirely healed, but the disease spread no further in my school.

As my mother learnt more of this Science of Christianity and began its practice, I experienced many healings through her application of the spiritual truths of being. At one time I had an excessive fear of wasps and suffered great inflammation when I was stung one day. The effects of the sting were healed quickly through my mother's prayers, and eventually the fear of wasps was overcome.
