I Was raised in Christian Science and attended a Christian Science Sunday School. Then I stopped going to Sunday School as a teenager but resumed branch church attendance after our first child was of Sunday School age. I am so grateful to have had help through prayer from a Christian Science practitioner when each of our three children was born. All three births were harmonious.

Diseases commonly associated with childhood were met and overcome quickly through prayer. One time when our young son was playing ball on a school team, he was hit in the eye with a baseball. The coach, who thought the injury was serious, brought the boy home. I called a practitioner, who prayed for our son, and the next day he was able to return to school. Soon his eye was completely normal.

We have met many challenges through the years. Finding a lovely home where we raised our three children and where my mother was able to live has been and continues to be a blessing. Relationship difficulties during the children's teenage years were solved through prayer and the loving help of Sunday School teachers.
