Today, when Christian Scientists are being so challenged as to the validity and acceptability of spiritual healing, especially for children, I would like to add my testimony to the others that I am finding in our periodicals. Our family has experienced many wonderful healings over the last forty-five years.

The healings of our children include those of boils, migraine headaches, burns, and an abscessed ear, as well as quick and sometimes instantaneous healings of the flu and of diseases commonly associated with childhood.

A healing I would like to share in some detail is that of our son when he was an infant. This took place over a period of months directly after his birth. Shortly after bringing him home from the hospital, I found that he wasn't able to retain his milk. When this continued for a time, I took the baby back to the physician who had delivered him, as I thought the baby might need a change in his formula.
