God's laws remove fear

The Bible's message of God's government continues to make a practical difference for good.

If you are just getting to know this magazine and the teachings of Christian Science, you may be wondering how reading about God or His laws could be of any practical value or be worth taking time out of a busy schedule to do.

The fact is, many have found a renewed purpose in life through regular study of the Bible and Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy. They have proved that the more they understand about God and His government of the universe, the closer they feel to Him and the more productive and useful their lives have become. Along with greater health, joy, and harmony, they have also found that they are better able to help their friends and neighbors find healing solutions to the problems that confront them.

We can open the Bible and read about God—who and what He is, what He has done and is doing, what His laws and His promises to man are. So what exactly are some of the laws of God's government, and in what way do they bring about healing?
