I would like to express my gratefulness for Christian Science by sharing these healings with you. My mother is a Christian Scientist, and my father is Presbyterian, and I alternate Sunday Schools every Sunday. I've had many healings.

Once I had a big earache. That day was the day of the students' party for the thirtieth anniversary of my school. All morning Mom and I prayed about the earache. We recalled hymns from the Christian Science Hymnal and thought of everything we could think of from the Bible and Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy. Before lunch I got up and walked into the room my mom was in and told her I felt perfectly fine. A little later she took me to the party, and I didn't miss any of it.

A more recent healing took place on the day before the first day of school. I woke up with a bad stomachache, and I was frightened because the next day would be my first day of fourth grade in a new school. My mother assured me I could feel God's care, and we prayed together. The next day I felt fine!
