How much can you pray about?
Once you've decided it's worthwhile to pray about your own life and for the world, it doesn't make sense to be distracted from actually doing it because of the sinking feeling there may be too much to pray about.
Perhaps we make lists (not as helpful as it first seems, I've found): Pray for myself. Pray for family. Pray for church. Pray for the Sentinel. Pray for community. Pray for Middle East. Pray for South African situation.
But help! Wait! That doesn't even count special family crises and especially busy times of year—like Christmas, for example. It's enough to wear you down before you begin.
