Just a reminder: Don't forget that you are loved
It has almost become a cliché to say "God loves you," but that doesn't mean it isn't true. And it's a fact we all need to know—and feel.
How do I know God loves you? I'm sure there are innumerable ways to understand God's love for us, but there are a few that I have found to be especially comforting and helpful.
We read in the New Testament that "God is love." John 4:8. Actually, the whole New Testament is full of the message of God's love for man. If God is Love, and is All, He can't be less than all-loving—or always loving. And what does God love? His own allness, including His creation, which He knows is "very good" Gen. 1:31. and which He made perfect and perfectly lovable.
