At one time I was having difficulty walking
At one time I was having difficulty walking. I asked the Christian Science practitioner who was treating me through prayer to help me arrange for my admittance to a nursing facility for Christian Scientists. I wanted to deepen my understanding of my relationship to God and to learn more of my real being as His perfect spiritual idea through the study of Christian Science. At that point I felt this could be accomplished more easily without the immediate responsibilities of home and business.
New challenges appeared until it was impossible for me to walk without aid. There were various symptoms, which included loss of appetite and constipation.
The practitioner prayed for spiritual awakening to spiritual truth which would overcome the belief that man is material and incapable of overcoming physical ills. The nurses and aides supported the healing activity.
