A LETTER
Relying on God for healing may not be what the majority of people do! They may feel that relying on prayer is like an uncertain proposition. But those who have become better acquainted with Christian Scientists often feel quite differently. The following note was written by a young mother who, though not a Christian Scientist, is soloist in a Church of Christ, Scientist, in northern Massachusetts:
Dear members of the congregation of First Church of Christ, Scientist,
... I want to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to you all for your constant support and caring. My singing for you has led to my spiritual growth, and I am thankful for that as well as the opportunity to perform in my chosen field.
