We're never alone
A letter of gratitude from a listener to The Herald of Christian Science shortwave broadcast caught my attention the other day. While listening to the program entitled "Never separated from God," this man had been healed of loneliness.
He wrote in part: "Your broadcast ... was a direct answer from God to my prayers—prayers I said a few hours before the broadcast started (1 a.m. local time)." He continued: "Since ... 1986, I have come to know God. But since I began listening to you, this knowledge has become more and more precise, as I see that man is spiritual, made in the image of God, who is ... Spirit.
"You have just worked a miracle on my problem of loneliness. After your radio programme my loneliness vanished."
