No lost love
I delight. I delight
In doing Thy will, dear God.
And if this relationship isn't right,
I can turn from sense of unrequited love
To wait for wisdom's choosing.
I know in my heart (no, no broken heart)
Self-will is all I'm losing.
Completely complete,
I wait.
Even with joy, anticipate
The path of wisdom's choosing.
Without regret or void—
With joy unalloyed—
I'll wait for divine Love's approving.
