Power-full

Is there a power to hold you captive,
To break your heart, to cast you out,
To take your all,
To frustrate hope and deaden
With a storm of killing doubt?

No.

There is one power and only one
To lead from the wilderness,
To heal each hurt, to lift you up.
God is that power, and He alone
Will bless, and bless, and bless.

Yes.

You have the power to pray, to rise,
Yours is the strength and grace God-given.
You are the beloved of Love,
Yours the power of reflected Light,
Your home forever, heaven.
