I had warts on my knee and my hand
I had warts on my knee and my hand. I prayed to know that I was God's child and that I couldn't be hurt, and after a while they were all gone. I was so grateful that I had learned in Christian Science that I could pray to God.
Joe Piro
Sun Valley, California
I am the mother of the previous testifier. The wart on Joe's knee had been there for years. The warts on his hand seemed to multiply as time went on. I was praying about this, but some relatives who are not Christian Scientists were very concerned and encouraged Joe to have the warts surgically removed by a doctor. However, he wanted to rely completely on Christian Science for his healing. (Joe attends the Christian Science Sunday School regularly and often reads the Bible Lesson with me. We discuss the truths that we are reading, and I am deeply grateful for his willingness to do this.)
